Room rates are per night, based on single or double occupancy. Special Package Plans including meals and activities are offered.

Deposit Policy Reservations require an advance deposit equal to two nights lodging. Deposit must be received within fourteen days of making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
For a cancellation received at least ten days prior to confirmed arrival date, the deposit is refundable, less a $25 administration fee per room. The deposit is nonrefundable for a cancellation received nine or fewer days prior to the confirmed arrival date.

Cancellation Insurance: Change in Weather? Change in Plans? NO WORRIES!!
For an industry low fee of $20.00, this service is offered to protect your deposit from unforeseen events. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule a reservation, all other fees and forfeitures will be waived if the cancellation or changes are made by 10:00am EST of the confirmed arrival date.
