Deposit Policy
Reservations require an advance deposit equal to two nights lodging. Deposit must be received within fourteen days of making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
For a cancellation received at least ten days prior to confirmed arrival date, the deposit is refundable, less a $25 administration fee. The deposit is nonrefundable for a cancellation received nine or fewer days prior to the confirmed arrival date. Deposits are subject to a 50% forfeit if either the arrival date is later or the departure date is earlier than confirmed.
Cancellation Insurance: Change in Weather? Change in Plans? NO WORRIES!!
For an industry low fee of $20.00, this service is offered to protect your deposit from unforeseen events. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule a reservation, all other fees and forfeitures will be waived if the cancellation or changes are made by 10:00am EST of the confirmed arrival date.
